Our team of chefs take immense pleasure in sourcing the finest British produce on the market, be it our locally sourced Pigs which are hand picked to order, our 28 Day Aged Scottish Beef used in our Steak Burgers, and even down to the local Staffordshire Carrots that are right on our door step.
However, all these ingredients need treating with the upmost respect, and with our chefs we only guarantee perfection in the cooking of them.
